I have 20 years of manufacturing experience in the HVAC sector as an assembler of industrial/commercial fans. During 2020 / 21, I received my RePL, ReOC and AROC certifications, and my aim is to provide a rooftop asset/infrastructure inspection and assessment service.
The scope of my work will involve the inspection of properties ranging from residential to commercial and industrial building sites in conjunction with property development and real estate bodies (when and as required).
Most importantly, my aim will be to provide a service that will be customer-focused, that will cover general inspections through to post-event situations (storm/hail damage for risk/safety assessments).
