Founded in 1995, we produced the first UAV to obtain CASA certification. Our proud aviation heritage comes from being part of the global Textron Corp. other brands in the group include Cessna, Lycoming, Bell Helicopters and Beechcraft. This wealth of experience is passed on to the highest quality and professional UAV / drone training. Textron Systems has over one million operational flight hours all over the world. Our students graduate knowing they have received quality RPAS training developed by the most professional UAV operator.
Courses are available on either Fixed Wing or Multi Rotor, up to Sub 25Kg training and testing. Textron Systems' training pilots comprise commercial and general aviation, BVLOS and military unmanned systems operators.

We also design and manufacture the Aerosonde UAV system. With superior 14 hr + endurance, flexibility and economy of operation, it is ideal for long range commercial, civil and scientific missions. This aircraft has been employed for customers around the world including NASA, the U.S. Office of Naval Research, Australia’s Defence Science and Technology Organisation, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S. military and numerous academic institutions.
