SEQ Drone Inspections is run by Matt Lake, based in South East Queensland. Matt comes from a roofing and construction background, so when he flies a drone over your roof, he actually knows what he's looking at — not just taking pretty photos.

The bread and butter is roof and gutter inspections for commercial and industrial buildings and strata unit blocks. You get a proper photographic report showing what's up there, what needs fixing, and what can wait. No scaffolding, no working-at-heights dramas, no one guessing from the ground.

Matt also does aerial mapping and survey work — 3D models, stockpile volumes, and monitoring for earthworks and coastal projects. He flies a DJI Matrice 4E and turns the footage into reports and data you can actually use.

It's a one-man operation, which means you deal with Matt from the first phone call to the final report. Quick turnaround, straight answers, and no corporate runaround.
