IDENTIFICATION REPORTS
We measure the location of any structures and fencing contained within or close to the sites’ boundaries. Councils generally require this report to accompany an application for a Compliance Certificate.

CONTOUR PLANS
This is a three dimensional survey showing existing features on the site, both built and natural form, plus adjoining buildings to assist with planning for a proposed building or extension.

REDEFINITION AND CONSOLIDATION PLANS
We survey to redefine the boundaries of an existing lot or to consolidate two or more lots into one, particularly if they are very old or prior to a strata subdivision.
