Evolved Aerial is a CASA certified drone operator based in Canberra, covering the ACT and surrounding NSW. We hold a Remote Operator’s Certificate with EVLOS Class 1 and 2 approvals, carry $20 million public liability insurance, and are approved to operate in Canberra’s controlled airspace.

Our work spans real estate and marketing photography, corporate and promotional video, FPV cinematic footage, roof and building inspections using radiometric thermal imaging, and photogrammetry mapping for construction and land assessment. We regularly operate as the aerial unit for Canberra production companies and have flown for major public events including Enlighten and Floriade.

Evolved Aerial is led by Michael Hurley, Chief Remote Pilot, who also flies with emergency services and brings a defence and counter-drone background to planning and risk management. That shows up in the work: complex airspace, NOTAM authorised operations, and jobs other operators pass on.

We also deliver drone training for new and developing pilots, and independent counter drone consultation and red teaming for venues, councils and critical sites.

Fast quotes, clean deliverables, and no drama on site.

From $150/hr. Controlled or restricted airspace from $300/hr. Fixed quotes for inspections and real estate.
