Roof Inspection - Gold Coast

Strata Management PPHA reached out to AIR360 with a challenge: inspect the roof of Vista del Mare, a three-storey residential complex where traditional roof access was both difficult and dangerous. The goal was to assess and document damage or maintenance issues without requiring anyone to climb onto the roof. AIR360 responded with a remote, drone-based asset inspection — delivering a high-resolution, interactive 3D Digital Twin of the site, detailed still imagery, and a PDF report of any obvious issues. The project helped PPHA subsequently visually assess their asset, collaborate with future contractors, and save significantly on inspection costs.
