Project Overview
The property owner personally commissioned me to capture aerial progress documentation for an ongoing residential development. The goal was to provide clear, high-quality visual updates that could be used for project monitoring, stakeholder reporting, and future marketing materials.
Scope of Work
Scheduled drone flights to document each stage of construction
High-resolution aerial photos and cinematic video passes
Detailed top-down shots to show structural layout and site changes
Smooth tracking shots highlighting construction milestones
Safe flight operations following CASA guidelines
Outcome
The client received consistent, professional aerial updates that clearly showed the progress of the build. These visuals helped the owner track development timelines, communicate updates with their builder, and maintain an organized record of the project’s transformation from start to completion.

DJI T100 Clear for Takeoff
CASA has approved the T100 for operation in Australia under the Medium category, just like the T50 and other spray drones. The liquid tank holds up to 100 L and the spreader handles 100 kg. There are no built-in take-off limits or system restrictions in the drone or software. You’ll only see a brief notice on the remote screen if you exceed the MTOW, which disappears automatically. To stay within CASA’s operating guidelines, keep total load to 75 L or kg.
