Earthworks Progress Monitoring & Volumetrics - Wellness Way, Springfield Central

Worked with Woollam Constructions to provide recurring aerial progress monitoring on their earthworks site in Springfield Central. Using a DJI Mini 4 Pro and ground control points established by a licensed surveyor, deliverables included high-accuracy orthomosaics and digital surface models (DSM), plus PDF site progress reports with stockpile volume calculations across multiple capture dates. Ground control integration supports reliable volumetric reporting for earthworks tracking, with captures scheduled recurringly to give the project team a consistent visual and data record of progress over time.
