Goodman/Avello Group - Aerial and Ground Warehouse Site Comprehensive Inspection

Avello Group, an industrial painting company, engaged me on behalf of Goodman, a global industrial property company, to comprehensively document all aspects of this multi-building warehouse site in Chullora, from the ground and the air. The images and footage were used for a high-value corporate tender for interior and exterior repainting. This case study demonstrates the benefits of concurrent use of a drone with a resolution higher than 4K and a full-frame mirrorless camera with a telephoto zoom lens to image roof-line structures, assets, fire protection systems, and other infrastructure. It demonstrates how the organised workflow of Joshua Chan Media enables interstate and commercial clients to gain a full understanding of a large site, a key part of the tendering process, in a short timeframe for a comparatively low cost.
