Rodborough Apartments Roof Inspection and Report

The Body Corporate had noticed some roof leaks and damage to roof materials and to understand the extent of the issue they requested that I undertake an aerial survey of the building. After seeing the images they requested that I do a report with recommendations on what actions they should take. They forwarded the report to the Strata Managers who subsequently engaged a roofing Contractor to do the necessary remedial work.
