Views from virtual 5th floor balcony

We are looking at purchasing an apartment "off the plan". The development site is currently a vacant block. The apartment we are looking at purchasing will be on level 5 of the development (from which we want to see the views). There are several large trees in front of the development and these potentially will obscure the view of the Swan River. We would like photos and video taken to allow us to assess the view.
