5 good reasons to order with DFH

DJI Matrice 4D – Compact Power for Enterprise Operations

The DJI Matrice 4D is a next-generation enterprise drone designed for high-efficiency inspection, mapping, and public safety operations. Combining advanced imaging systems, long flight endurance, and intelligent automation, it delivers reliable performance in demanding environments.

High-Performance Imaging System

The Matrice 4D is equipped with a multi-sensor camera system designed for both overview and detailed inspection work. A high-resolution wide-angle camera captures detailed imagery for mapping and situational awareness, while the telephoto camera provides powerful optical zoom for long-distance inspection without compromising safety or accuracy.

Extended Flight Time

With up to approximately 45 minutes of flight time, the Matrice 4D enables operators to cover larger areas in a single mission. This reduces the need for frequent battery changes and improves overall operational efficiency.

Precision with RTK Positioning

Integrated RTK support provides centimetre-level positioning accuracy, ensuring highly precise data capture for surveying, mapping, and repeatable inspection workflows.

Advanced Safety and Obstacle Sensing

The aircraft features omnidirectional obstacle sensing, allowing it to navigate complex environments such as urban infrastructure, powerlines, and industrial sites with enhanced safety. Intelligent flight systems support stable and predictable operations.

Long-Range Transmission

A reliable transmission system supports distances of up to 20 km (FCC), delivering stable control and real-time video feedback even in remote or large-scale operational areas.

Built for Demanding Environments

Designed with a robust and weather-resistant airframe, the Matrice 4D can operate across a wide range of environmental conditions, making it suitable for industrial and field applications.

Key Applications

Inspection
Efficiently inspect powerlines, towers, solar farms, and critical infrastructure using high-resolution imaging and zoom capabilities.

Surveying and Mapping
Capture accurate aerial data with RTK precision for mapping, modelling, and analysis.

Public Safety
Support search and rescue, monitoring, and emergency response operations with reliable aerial visibility.

Construction and Engineering
Track site progress, conduct inspections, and improve project visibility with consistent aerial data capture.

Reliable Performance for Professional Workflows

The DJI Matrice 4D is engineered to deliver consistent, high-quality results while improving safety and efficiency across a wide range of enterprise applications.

    2. The aircraft can be directly stored in the safety case with the spotlight installed.
    Obstacle Sensing Module
Which aircraft are compatible with the DJI Matrice 4D Series' Obstacle Sensing Module?
DJI Matrice 4D Series and DJI Matrice 4 Series drones.

If used with the Matrice 4 Series, the aircraft must be updated to the latest firmware (to be released subsequently), and when installing, the bottom bracket must be replaced with the Mounting Bracket (Matrice 4 Series) inside the Obstacle Sensing Module packaging.
What precautions should be taken when installing DJI Matrice 4D Series' Obstacle Sensing Module?
Tighten the screws and ensure proper sealing of the interface. When using with DJI Dock, please use the included hex key to tighten the screws again.
When using with DJI Dock, please correctly attach the LiDAR positioning label on the dock cover as instructed in the manual.
Please complete the installation of the Obstacle Sensing Module accessories before turning on the aircraft. Do not install the Obstacle Sensing Module accessories while the aircraft is powered on.
After installation, connect to the internet and activate the Obstacle Sensing Module as prompted. If there is a firmware update prompt, please update to the latest firmware in a timely manner.
What precautions should be taken when using the DJI Matrice 4D Series' Obstacle Sensing Module?
Please keep the radar dome clean to avoid affecting the obstacle avoidance performance.

Rain, snow, fog, and dust can affect obstacle avoidance performance. Due to the limitations of the safety system, the aircraft cannot actively avoid fast-moving objects. Please fly with caution and take manual control if necessary.
How to update the firmware of the DJI Matrice 4D Series' Obstacle Sensing Module?
Install the Obstacle Sensing Module on the aircraft, and it will be updated along with the aircraft firmware. There are four ways to upgrade the firmware:
    1. Perform a one-click update on the device management page of DJI FlightHub 2.
    2. Connect the aircraft to a computer and use the DJI Assistant 2 (Enterprise Series) to update.
    3. Tap firmware update on the main interface of the DJI Pilot 2 app.
    4. When the DJI Pilot 2 app prompts for a consistent update for all modules, confirm the update.
    Vehicle-Mounted Gimbal Mount
What precautions should be taken when installing the Vehicle-Mounted Gimbal Mount?
Before installation or connecting/disconnecting device cables, first power off the dock.
Do not press the dock cover forcefully during installation. Ensure the bracket is installed as shown in the diagram. Do not install it in reverse.
Use the correct screws as shown in the diagram, and ensure all screws are tightened.
Do not place installation tools on the landing pad at any time. Before closing the dock cover, ensure the landing pad surface is free of foreign objects and dirt.
Please attach the included reminder sticker onto the cockpit's control panel.
    Accessory
When the dock is being charged with a fully-recharged DJI Power 1000 series portable power station, how long can the operating time be?
Continuous operation of the aircraft: At an ambient temperature of 25° C (77° F), with continuous operation of the aircraft and the dock's air conditioning set to cooling, the operating time is 2 to 3 hours.
Dock and aircraft standby: At an ambient temperature of 25° C (77° F), with the air conditioning in idle mode, it can last 7 to 8 hours.

The above data is for reference only, as the actual operating time is affected by ambient temperature and the dock's operating conditions.
Are DJI Matrice 4D Series drones compatible with DJI Goggles?
    No.

What are the similarities and differences between the smart oblique capture in the oblique collection of the area route of the DJI Matrice 4D Series aircraft and the DJI Mavic 3E?
The DJI Matrice 4D Series aircraft features 5-direction smart oblique capture, which allows data collection to be completed with just one route. In contrast, the DJI Mavic 3E features 3-direction smart oblique capture, requiring two routes to complete data collection.
What are the similarities and differences between the smart oblique capture in the oblique collection function of the area route of the DJI Matrice 4D Series and the Zenmuse P1?
Both the DJI Matrice 4D Series and the Zenmuse P1 feature 5-direction smart oblique capture. However, the DJI Matrice 4D Series' smart oblique capture is in an "X" shape, while the Zenmuse P1's smart oblique capture is in a "+" shape.
