- Between drones and remote controls, AES256-level transmission encryption is employed, making it difficult for external parties to intercept and access the information in the data stream.
- The remote controller comes with built-in data encryption. Videos and photos captured will automatically be encrypted using AES256, requiring a password for viewing.
- Mainland China utilizes Huawei Cloud, while regions outside China use Amazon Cloud, with servers located in the United States. If Australian customers connect to the internet and agree to upload data to the cloud, the data will only be stored on Amazon Cloud in the United States and will not enter Chinese servers. If customers choose not to connect to the internet or do not log in to their accounts to send flight data to the cloud, nobody will receive any customer information or flight data. Drones connecting to the internet but not logging into accounts is the best solution for practicality and ensuring the security of customer flight data.
- Regarding data security concerns, if trust is still an issue, drones and remote controls can load offline maps and operate completely offline, enabling localized data storage.
